After an initial experience at an important industrial property consulting firm, Paolo worked for over a decade in the financial field and then founded and became sole director of Newton Technology Transfer, a consulting company that in 2000 merged into N&G Consulting.

Paolo has extensive international experience in technology transfer, licensing and patent scouting. He regularly lectures post-graduate courses and follows technology transfer and licensing projects for companies of all sizes, patent aggregators, universities and R&D centres.
